Owner & CTO, Costmatic
Dimitar is the owner and CTO of Costmatic, the company behind Veridex — a defender-side security agent that scores security observations into calibrated verdicts, retains every decision in an auditable ledger, and drives approval-gated infrastructure response. He leads Veridex's security engineering end to end.
Previously he was a Technical Program Manager at Google, owning cloud programs for regulations, security, and privacy — embedding privacy-by-design into product engineering, leading security and compliance initiatives, and conducting technical risk assessments of vendors, partners, and infrastructure. At Amazon (AWS) he ran enterprise cloud modernization and database migration programs across EMEA, working across Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal.
His 15+ year career spans Google, AWS, core banking, and tier-one telecom — from software engineer and QA lead to founder-owner and CTO of an AI-native platform.
Dimitar holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, is a Google Cloud Professional Architect, a certified PMP, and completed Google's AI developer bootcamp (2025).
